Problem accessing my easy internet banking

Dear Madam or Sir,

Its now about one week I am trying to access my  internet home banking but with no success. 

I have been using the same site for the past year and never had problem accessing.

 

Would you pleases help me because I have due bills to pay.

There are several possibilities that prevent you from logging on to your Easy Banking at the moment.

First of all, I would like to ask you to test a different browser. It may be due to certain cookies that you had to accept on another website. (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer,...)

Could you test this and let us know what happened?

I tried with different browsers but no success.

I live in Iraq  but this should not be a reason because until last week I was able to access my account and do all transactions and I never faced a problem.

Appreciate your efforts to help me resolve this problem.

I tried to access other banks sites and it was all successful except the BNP Bank.
