ATM deposits

I received my VISA debit card last week, I already activated it and during the next few days I tried to make deposits in the account at different BNP ATMs and it was not possible. The option to deposit does not appear (I did it at the ATM that allows you to deposit!)

I recommend to contact the Easy Banking Centre. You can contact us at 02 762 60 00 or if you log into Easy Banking App and click on Communication>Easy Banking Centre. You can call on weekdays from 7 am to 10 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.

 

That way we can check why it is not possible to withdraw money.
