I saw you posted an address. For your own safety I changed your message so nobody can see this. By this channel we can't see what the status is of your debit card. I'm going to advice you to call us, so we can see what's wrong.

If you already use the Easy Banking App you can call u when you sign in

  • Choose for communication
  • Click on Easy Banking Center
  • Then choose the option accounts and cards


If you don't use the Easy Banking App, you can call us on 02 762 60 00
