Cannot log into Optiline

I've been trying to get into Optiline to check my credit bills for the past 2 weeks without any success.
I use the site https://optiline.bnpparibasfortis.be to login. I've seen other people also have this issue. I resolved this general issue or is this resolved individually? What do I need to access the site again?
I've tried from my phone (Android), Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge on Windows 10.
I've also tried clearing cache etc

Could you try ro.bnpparibasfortis.com? If that doesn't work, I recommend you contact Optiline on 02 508 44 40 so they can take a look at this.

As far as I know there isn't a general issue. Have you tried to choose the option to create a new password?
Do you get an error message?

In the last post you can read that the person contacted Optiline and the problem was solved after this. I can't look in your personal data so can't see where the issue is caused.

If you look at this other post, there other users with the same issue. So you cannot say that there is no general issue when it's not working for so many users.

I tried calling the Optiline customer service but they only speak Dutch or French, which is expected but disappointing when you have so many international customers.

Hi @Ashutosh,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Optiline let me know that there indeed is a bug with some passwords. They recommend you to reset your password to a password you haven't used before on the Optiline site.

Could you see if this also works for you?

This is fixed now. A person from Optilne called and helped me change my password.

I can now login into my account.
