How can I request a new card?

Thank you for your message. In the Easy Banking App there is an option to replace your card. You have to log in and then you click on “Mijn diensten (my services)”, then you click “Kaarten (cards)” and you chose the card you cant to replace. You can also chose the reason of the replacement. Before you confirm, please check if your address is still correct.
If you don’t use the App, you can also ask for the replacement of your card at our Easy Banking Centre. The phone number is 02 762 90 00 (English). We are available from Monday till Friday between 7am and 10pm and Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
