Contact point for not Easy Banking clients

Hi,

We changed our fiscal status to US recently. Due to the FATCA regulation our access to Easy Banking phone/web banking is blocked. We wonder who will be our point of contact for our accounts since there is no verification mechanism nor raising complaints unless one has Easy Web/Phone Banking access.  We just want to perform basic banking functions such as canceling our credit card, changing our account package to Hello Pack, and learning our account balance. How can we do this?

Thank you for your message.

It is a difficult situation as due to the regulation US citizens are not able to have access to our online services which allows them to be able to view their account or be able to contact us in a secured way from a distance.

Is there perhaps a possibility to give someone (family member?) that still lives in Belgium a proxy over the account? That way that person can view the account trough their own online account and update you when needed (and even make contact with us if something needs to be checked).
