Once you have confirmed a transfer, it is not possible to cancel it, unless you have given it a transfer date in the future.

Before confirming, however, you will be able to verify all details.

• If you mistakenly try to transfer to an IBAN-account that doesn’t exist, you will receive an error message and the transfer won’t go through. 
• If you transfer to a closed account, you will either receive an error or the money will be sent back after it has been processed by the beneficiary bank.
• If you transfer to a wrong, existing account, you can contact the beneficiary and ask them to send the money back. If they refuse, we can send a request to their bank. This does not offer any guaranties, since we are not allowed to just take the money back.
