my card was stopped

Hello,

My Maestro was suddenly stopped. I am not sure if I have received the Visa because I'm not at home and haven't been for a while. What can I do to get my card working again at least until I get home?

Hello @Elitsach 

Sadly the Maestro-debetcard is closed off, there is no way to activate it again…

You can contact us to send one to a correspondence address. You’ll need to contact us on the number 02 762 60 00 but then you’ll need the Easy Banking Phone-code to secure the line. I can recommended you to call via the application:

> Log on;

> ‘Communication’ icon(previous last);

> ‘My Easy Banking center’;

> Choose ‘ accounts and cards’.

I have tried calling a few times, via the app and via the normal line, however, it's impossible to get through. I called many times and waited on the line for more than 15 mins, but......no luck.

But our services are open from 07:00 till 22:00. If you call a little earlier or later in the day, you’ll be helped much faster.
